Slat sets

Slat sets are produced by three bespoke machines. Each is fully adjustable and can be programmed to produce a slat set with the correct gaps between the slats, the specified number of slats, and the accurate positioning of any drill holes to UK standard EN747 Apertures (critical for the manufacture of bunk beds). The webbing that joins the slats together is automatically cut, and the completed set is then mechanically banded and fed to the shrink-wrap line. Screw kits and instructions can be attached if desired. We can produce in excess of 2,000 webbed, drilled and shrink-wrapped sets per day.

We use barcode technology and can dovetail with your own stock tracing systems if required.
